You're Bee-utiful

Hi there!!  Nicole here with a fun fall themed card to share with you -

I went with a fall themed twist for my card today using the following to create my background -

The sweet image is Lorelei Bumble Bee and I stamped her with Obsidian Hybrid Ink and colored her with my Copics trying to stick to more of a fall theme with the colors I used.  The sentiment is from a Jaded Blossom stamp set and I again used Tangerine Hybrid Ink .  I am really enjoying these hybrid inks!!  They blend so easily - I did all of this on my Copic paper of choice which is Hammermill 110 lb cardstock.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Make Your Own Rainbow!

Hello Stamp AnnieThing friends! Michelle Houghton stopping by with a quick splash of SAT inspiration for you today and a teaser of more to come.

I created a new card this week with one of my favorite Stamp AnnieThing stamps, Samantha - Make Your Own Rainbow. Why you might ask, with all the stamps to choose from? Well...maybe it has to do with the fact that she is holding a marker and I like to color it like a Copic! Today not only did I color her with my Copics I created a background with my (ABS) Copic air brush system.

I started with the sky and a rainbow!

Here is a peek how that turned out:

Then I pulled off the mask and colored up Sammantha!

Here is a look at how cute she is:

I added a plane card base, all that color don't need any more details:

Then next Wednesday I will be posting a video of how I did all that colorful magic! It will be posted on the Copic In The Craft Room YouTube page.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Have a Happy Colorful Day!

Java Nice Day!

Hi everyone! I hope you are all having a marvelous Monday!
Stacey from Stacey's Creative Corner with you today to share a fun little gift bag that I made using one of those super cute stamps from Stamp Anniething.

I colored Felicity - Hello with my Copic markers and then fussy cut her out. I created my little bag using the Scallop Caddy Die from the Jaded Blossom. and added some pretty patterned paper to it. I added my greeting using the Java Time stamp set from Jaded Blossom and popped up Felicity with some foam tape. I used a hole punch and threaded some lace through the top to close my bag and added a few Nuvo drops for a finishing touch.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
I really appreciate it!!
I hope you have a great crafty day!

Congratulations!

Hi all! It's Meg here today. Don't you just LOVE our new inks and background stamps release?! I think the new products are fabulous!

I especially love the background stamp patterns because to me they are kinda retro. And that is SO IN right now!

For my project, I colored up Eloise - Congratulations. I wanted to make this a wedding card, and the new Abstract Leaves stamps were a perfect background for this!

For my design, I first stamped the teardrop shape in the new Birch ink, then overlaid the leaves in Green Apple.

After coloring up Eloise and attaching her to the card, I had the idea to put a vellum flag panel behind her with the "congratulations" sentiment.

I stamped the sentiment onto the vellum with the new Pecan ink. It is such a nice, rich, thick ink. So, I decided to heat emboss it, and it gave a larger raised surface than typical pigment ink or dye ink.
 So, win-win!

Hop on over to the shop and check out the new products, you'll love 'em!
