Merci

Hello everyone!  This is Cassandra from Creating with Color by Cassandra.   And today we are going to France...hee!

To start, I used one of the brand new card files.  This is the SVG Cutting Files ~ Heart Card 1 file.  All of the pretty patterned papers are from a very old  Echo Park Paper Co. ~ Be Mine  collection.

This sassy little lady and the "Merci" sentiment are from the Stamp Anniething ~ Ooh La La.  Isn't she fun?!?!  I've been practicing pleats and folds...what do you think?

Copic Sketch Colors
Skin ~ E50, E51, E93
Hair ~ RV02, RV55, RV17
Dress & Hat ~ C3, C5, C7, C9

Well my creative friends, that's it for me today.  I will see you all again soon.  Bonjour!

Merci!

Wow, where do these weeks go?
It's a pink Monday and a Stamp Annie Thing design team day for me, Barb from BugBites.
This week I am using the Stamp Annie Thing Ooh La La stamp set. The girl is so cute and there are many sentiments to go with it.
I have a super cute pink and black Carta Bella paper pack that has some super papers in shades of pink, black and grey that inspired my design.

I used my copic markers and did some paper piecing for the stamped image. I then did a little piercing around the mat for a faux stitched look. My canine companion is popped up on two thicknesses of foam tape.
Thanks to Ann over at SVG Cutting Files, who created this Poodle file for me.  You can find the link to this sophisticated  canine file here.

The card is finished off with some pretty pink trim and bling.

This image and the sentiment are all part of the Ooh La La stamp set which you can find here.

Thanks for stopping by.

Wine & Bread ...

Good morning! Ruza here to share a card that I created using the awesome NEW Ooh La La stamp set.

I created the background with Chalk Pigment Ink and one of the elements available in the set.  I decided to use the wine bottle, wine glass, and the bread as the focal point of my card. The images were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, colored, and layered on my design. Once done I used a Memory Box Jasmine Frame Die to frame my scene, and added some pearls to the flowers. Last step was to add Glossy Accents to the Wine Bottle & Glasses.

Here's a closer look at the scene I created ...

I don't want to leave the bottom section empty so I need to add a sentiment, but I'm just not sure which one to use ... there are so many to choose from. Bon Appetit, Bonjour, Merci, Voila ... it's so hard to choose.

I hope you are inspired by today's project to head on over to Stamp Annie*Thing Store to check out all of the amazing stamps we have to offer.

Until next time ... Enjoy!

Day #2 Release Reveal - Ooh La la

Good Morning and welcome to our Mini June Release Party!
if you missed DAY 1, you can see it here!
My name is Annie and Im the first stop on your mini hop today!
Today we are revealing our newest stamp, Ooh La La
Since France seems to be a BIG thing in crafting these days, I just had to get a France set put together!
This is Brittney and she is enjoying her travels in France.  Love the Eiffel Tower and the little icon images!
This is a wonderful 4 X 6 photopolymer rubber stamp set (its a peachy!)
This set will be available for purchase Today after 4pm!

For todays mini hop, I created a shabby chic Eiffel Tower Candy Tube Treat Holder.  I just love making functional gifts as well as personal cards for friends and family.  This would be a great party favor for little girls (and big girls) that have a Paris type theme party!  I colored my Brittney image with my copics and created this little Eiffel Tower Candy tube.  Fill with some PINK treats and Shabby Chic you have!
