Trick Or Treat

Hi everyone and Happy Halloween!!!
This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a card to share.
I used the Kelly-You're Purrfect stamp set for my card.

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and added the background mats cut with the Jaded Blossom Card Mat Dies.
I added a spider web cut from the Halloween Dies and a decorative mat cut from the Label Shape Dies.
I stamped and colored Kelly with Copic Markers and pop dotted her to the card, along with a strip of decorative paper with the sentiment.

I hope you all liked my card for today and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Hi Friends! I have another card I am sharing today on my blog as well as the Stamp AnnieThing blog.
I needed a quick clean and simple Birthday card for my friend who is an avid Cat lover. I went through my collection and found Brittney - Purr and knew she would be just perfect or should I say PURR-fect for what I had in mind.
I coloured Brittney with Copic markers and fussy cut her out. I knew I wanted to make a window card, so I ink blended some Twisted Citron Distress Ink overtop of a stencil to make her really pop.
For the sentiment, I die cut out the word "Happy" and placed some striped pattern paper behind it. I stamped the word "Purr" from the stamp set and then added the word "Day" after for a fun play on words.
To finish the card, I adder a paw print diecut as well as some sequin and nuvo drops.

I hope you liked my card creation
Until next time - Stephen

Warm Hugs

Happy Saturday friends!!
Laura here to share a little something I made this week...

Since we have had nothing even close to sweater weather here in Southern California, I am living vicariously through Diana!! She's adorable in her comfy sweater, don't you think?
I paired her with some Simple Stories  Vintage Bliss scraps, and paper pieced her sweater to match. The rest of the image is colored with Copics.

Can you believe it's almost time for our November Release?!

Sunflower Hello

Hi Nicole here from teachdanz.  I am sharing a card I created using "Molly - Sunflower".

We just went to the pumpkin patch this weekend and there were still tons of sunflowers in the fields there.  They were a little weather worn from some of the rain we have been receiving but still glorious and standing tall.  I left my card without a sentiment so that I can use it for a variety of occasions.  I chose to create visual interest with layers and some sequins and twine.

Cut Your Stamps

Hello creative friends, It's Ellen here and this time with a Christmas card.

With this card I would like to encourage you to cut your text stamps into pieces. If you cut them into different pieces, you can create new sentences and that makes even more use of your stamps. On this card I used the "Audrina (Skating By)" and "Abigail Enjoy the Show" stamps sets for my sentence used with a Christmas die. Do not be afraid to cut; you can really puzzle the stamps easily afterwards.

Do you dare to cut your stamps in pieces? Be sure to show it on our facebook group!

A Halloween Hello

Hey everyone! Seems like it’s  been a while Ike’s since I last shared a card with you all so I’ve so figured I better give you something good! I am absolutely in love with this stamp from the October release!!! It’s PERFECT for Halloween cards.

I created this card with a geometric background using some triangles and Distress Ink. I think it sort of looks like a galaxy! Since it was such a colorful background I decided to switch things up s bit and leave Sophia black and white, quirky right?! Perfect for a Halloween card!

Hope you like it and got inspired today! Happy making!!

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a fun Halloween card to share.
I used the Maggie-Steampunk stamp set for my card.

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and added the background mat cut with the Jaded Blossom Card Mat Dies.
I stamped Maggie and half paper pieced/half colored her with Copic Markers, using a white gel pen to give her some fangs.
I used some different washi tapes to create the background and added several die cuts.
I cut the webs and spider using the Halloween Dies and the "BOO" was cut from the Halloween Dies 2.
I cut the brackets using the Label Shape Dies, cutting off the sides to create the brackets.

I hope you all liked my card for today and thanks for visiting!

Girls Night at Stamp AnnieThing

Hi Friends! Stephen here and its my day to post on the Stamp AnnieThing Blog. For todays creation, I made a card featuring two super cute images available at Stamp AnnieThing.
I love making scene cards and I love being able to mix and match different images to create dynamic scene cards. For this card I used Paige - Girls Night as well as Holly - Sweet Dreams
I coloured them both with Copic Markers and fussy cut them out.
To create the background, I raided my pattern paper collection and found two perfect pieces that I could use for the wallpaper as well as the floor for my scene. My room needed a window to help set the scene,  so I took advantage of a window die cut I had and then ink blended a night sky. To finish the card off I added white details with my white gel pen.

I hope you like my card!
Until next time - Stephen

Spooky Sofia

Happy Saturday! Laura here with a new card to share for our Halloween Theme Week Challenge!

It seems that Sofia has been a popular choice amongst the Design Team, so I hope you are getting lots of wonderful ideas for using this beauty!

I actually had started coloring the image for my Release Week Project to introduce Sofia, but I thought something about the red eyes gave her a spooky look, so I decided to save her for my Halloween post!

I colored her up with my Copics, paired her with some simple skull print paper, and distressed the edges a bit. Added some twine and a few glittery enamel dots to finish off the card.

What do you think??

Happy Halloween

Hi there!!  It's Nicole from "Teachdanz" today to share a Halloween themed card with you for this month's theme challenge.  I used the "Sofia - Viva la Vida" stamp set from the most recent stamp release for my card.   I let the background papers I chose help inspire the colors for my image and then colored with my copic markers.

I love adding purples to my Halloween schemes!  I have 3 grown daughters now and they were never into the scary side of Halloween so I tend to gravitate toward the cutesie side ;  I pulled out a forgotten border punch - the Martha Stewart "drippy goo" punch, remember that one?!  My sentiment is from a retired Craftin Desert Divas stamp set and is meant to look a bit creepy!

Thanks for stopping by today!  I hope you will join in the fun with this months challenge -

You can link up your projects HERE.
