St. Patrick's Day Hugs

Nicole here today to share a bit of St Patrick's Day inspiration with you -

I used the following Stamp Anniething products for today's card -

I used some distress inks (forest moss, mowed lawn) to create the background and started with the darker color at the bottom right and slowly moved to a lighter color by the top left.  I cut the word "Hugs" with some metallic gold paper and also from a mossy green cardstock and offset the layers to help them stand out from the background more.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Sunshine Day!

Hello Stamp AnnieThing friends! Michelle Houghton here for a little hump day inspiration. Here in Iowa we are up to our eyeballs in snow, ice and cold. So I am ready for a little, or maybe A LOT of sunshine. So since the weather is not cooperating I will just have to create a little of my own.
I stamped up Victoria - Here's The Dirt and colored her up with my Copic markers

Colors Used: Skin - YR000, YR01, E11, R21, BV20 Tongue - R21, E04 Hair - C9, C7, C5, BV20 Boots - Y32, Y38 Dress - B91, B95, RV52, Y32 Shirt - Y40, G43

Then I fussy cut her out and got her onto a card front

I used the the Shaker Basic Die set #1 and an assortment from the SAT adornments to create the sparkling sunshine.
Just looking at her makes me think of sunshiny days ahead.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Hoping you have a few crafty and sunshiny days in your near future!

Have a Happy Colorful Day!

A Toasty Hello!

Hello everyone! It's Meg here with you today. I don't know about your neck of the woods, but it's sure getting warm over here! Although I long for more winter, I think that spring is on it's way. Sooo, this will be my last winter card (alas) of the season.

For this design, I used the new 8-Point Star Back die to create a giant snowflake. I filled my shaker with Snowflake Sprinkles and used the new Word Bubble Cloud die for my handwritten sentiment.

To really make Annie - Warm and Toasty pop and to give the background more texture, I applied some iridescent texture paste over the Falling Stars stencil. This technique looks great over patterned paper.

Here are my coloring details:
skin - E04, 15, 13, 11, 00, 000, 0000, RV14, R22, 20
hair - YR23, Y26, 21
gray - C9, 5, 4, 2
blue - B49, 45

Hope you all enjoy the last days of winter!

Rule The Galaxy

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a card to share.
I used the all the items to create this card from the Galactic Love Grab And Go Box.

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and added the background mat cut from the Galactic Love Paper Pad with the Jaded Blossom Card Mat Dies.
I cut the Arched Window Die out of the metallic silver paper and then added it to a mat that I stenciled with the Warp Speed Stencil.
I stamped and colored Kevin and Tommy with Copic Markers, giving him the gun from the Victoria stamp set, and added them to the card on pop dots.
To finish, I stamped the sentiment onto a banner cut with the Card Layer Dies 2 with the sentiment from the Galactic 1 stamp set.
You can find the Galactic Love Grab and Go Box
 HERE

I hope you all liked my card for today and thanks for visiting!

Have a great day!

Pretty In Pink

Hi Friends!!
I created a clean and simple card to share with you today.

I coloured up the Jessica - Classic stamp set using Copic markers, then cut her out using my Brother Scan n Cut.
To create my background, I did some simple ink blending using Wilted Violet and Worn Lipstick Distress Ink on white cardstock. Next I picked out a stencil I had in my collection and spritzed it with water, placed it wet side down on top of the ink blended background. The water acts like bleach and gives you that super cool reversed stencil look.
To finish off my card, I added some rhinestones and then stamped my sentiment using some black ink.
I hope you like my card creation for today!
Until next time - Stephen

Happy Valentine's Day!!  Nicole here today to share a card with you.  We are still in our "theme week" for this month and this month's theme is "pretty in pink".  Here is my card -

Because there is so much going on already with the background, I chose not to put a sentiment on the front of my card.  Honestly, it is nice to have a few blank cards on hand that can be used for a variety of situations - birthday, thank you, just because - and I feel like this one could be used for several different opportunities.  I used the following Stamp Anniething products on my card today -

Celebrating Pink!

Heloooo Stamp AnnieThing friends and fans. Michelle Houghton here from Copic In The Craft Room. This week on Stamp AnnieThing we are going PINK! Our theme for this month's challenge is Think Pink. I decided to go a little different and focus on other products from Stamp AnnieThing that I could go pink with versus coloring, yeah I know weird right?!
SO I pulled out a bunch of pink and heart centered products to play with. I used a heart stencil with some glitter paste.

I found the heart dies that create individual hearts and pretty borders too.

The silver cardstock I used is from this month's Grab and Go box!

Then I cut a window in my card front and added some sparkle from this month's Grab and Go as well!

The "hugs" is a die cut from SAT and the textured silver cardstock is again from the Grab and Go.

All together a Pretty In Pink card covered in SAT goodness!

Thanks for stopping by today! Make sure to check in daily for some Stamp AnnieThing inspiration!

Have a Happy Colorful Day!
