It's a long standing tradition in our family that everyone gets a new pair of jammies on Christmas Eve! I thought Holly - Sweet Dreams would be perfectly paired with one of the kiddos packages!

Laura here to share a little something I made this week...

Since we have had nothing even close to sweater weather here in Southern California, I am living vicariously through Diana!! She's adorable in her comfy sweater, don't you think?

I paired her with some Simple Stories  Vintage Bliss scraps, and paper pieced her sweater to match. The rest of the image is colored with Copics. 

   

Can you believe it's almost time for our November Release?! 

I can't wait!!

Spooky Sofia

Happy Saturday! Laura here with a new card to share for our Halloween Theme Week Challenge! 

It seems that Sofia has been a popular choice amongst the Design Team, so I hope you are getting lots of wonderful ideas for using this beauty!

I actually had started coloring the image for my Release Week Project to introduce Sofia, but I thought something about the red eyes gave her a spooky look, so I decided to save her for my Halloween post!

I colored her up with my Copics, paired her with some simple skull print paper, and distressed the edges a bit. Added some twine and a few glittery enamel dots to finish off the card.

Laura here today to share my latest creation!

I've colored up Melanie - Need a Hug for my card today. She was my first Chibi Kid stamp purchase, and still one of my favorites!

I paper pieced her clothes with a scrap of polka dotty paper, and paired her with some pretty floral paper. I added a sentiment, and tied on some DMC Floss to finish it off.

We don't get much of a fall here in Southern California, but it is still my favorite season, and I am REALLY looking forward to some cooler weather!

I colored up Megan for my card today... I think she looks ready for fall, too, in her cute sweater and boots!

 

I sponged a little background on the panel behind her, and the fun leafy paper is from the Doodlebug Flea Market 6x6 Pad.

Out On A Limb

Laura here, taking over the blog for today to share my most recent Chibi Kid card with you!

I took some time off during July when Tony - Let's Hang Out was released, so this is the first chance I've had to color him up! I just love him!!!

I used a little scrap of Doodlebug Day to Day paper for the edge of the card, and sponged some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink on the white side. Tony is colored with Copics and popped up in front of the blue backdrop.

Laura here with you on this lovely Saturday... I've taken a little time off, but I'm back to getting crafty!

Here is my latest creation using Kelsey - You Got Game.

 I've colored her up with Copics, and paper pieced her little basketball... she pairs perfectly with the Doodlebug Slam Dunk Paper Pad, doesn't she?!

Summer Reading Log

Hi everyone!

Laura here to share my latest creation with you!

I've used Kelly - Book to make a fun little Reading Log for my daughter to keep track of the books she reads this summer. 

She chose the journal and patterned paper from my stash, and since she loved this sentiment when I paired it with Kelly before, I went ahead and used it again. 

I even added in a matching pen for a complete set! :)

 I added some Stardust Stickles and Glossy Accents to highlight some of the details on the image.

I paired her with some adorable coffee paper, and added a little sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Java Time stamp set. 

It's always good to have Thank You cards and hand, and this one is perfect for adding a little coffee gift card into!

Once Upon a Time...

Happy Saturday, friends!

Laura here again this weekend, and as I mentioned last Saturday, I've had some fun coloring up Paige - Sugar and Spice a couple of different ways.

Here is my second creation with her...

I decorated the cover of a simple spiral notebook, and popped Paige up next to the sentiment. Added in a matching pen, and I've got a cute gift set for a creative kiddo to make their own storybook!
I'm having so much fun coming up with different designs for the same image!
You never know... I might just have one more up my sleeve, so keep an eye out! :)

Like a Fairytale

I've got a clean and simple card for you today featuring the lovely Paige - Sugar and Spice. She has a pretty classic princess look, but I couldn't help coloring her up to resemble Cinderella...

 

I colored her with my Copic markers, and added a ton of sparkle to her dress using my Wink of Stella Glitter Pen... unfortunately it doesn't show much in the photo. 

This was such a fun image to color, and I've got a couple more versions of her in the works!
