Swinging By

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a card to share.
I used the Audrina-Swinging By stamp to create my card.

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and created the grass by adding texture paste to the Chainmail Stencil. I then ink blended the green over the texture and the blue for the sky.
I stamped and colored Audrina with Copic markers and stamped her sentiment onto the background.
I added the tree limb cut from the Twig Frame Builder Die and the leaves from the Woodland Dies.
To finish, I pop dotted her to the card, lining up the rope over the limb.

I hope you all liked my card for today and thanks for visiting!

You are Super!!

Hello my crafty friends!!  Nicole here today to share some Stamp Anniething inspiration with you!!
I pulled out the "Save The Day" Grab and Go Box and created a masculine themed card that would work perfectly for this month's Stamp Anniething theme challenge!!  This card is a bit larger than an A2 card.  The final measurements were 4.75" x 6".  I had so much fun playing around with the stencil and creating scenes for the windows.  Everything I used is from that box except for my solid  cardstock.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Bokeh Technique Background

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and it's my day to post a Technique Tuesday.
I have a tutorial to share of how I created the background of my card using the Bokeh Technique.

I started with a 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 inch piece of white cardstock.
I used the Stamp AnnieThing Inks in Caribbean Blue, Heather, and Shocking Pink to ink blend the background.

After the background was ink blended I used the Bubble Stencil, dabbing on white Acrylic paint with a sponge.

After it was dry, I rotated the stencil to the opposite side and did this process again. This gave the bubbles a layered, pixelated look.
I cut out the background using a scallop rectangle mat along with a strip of white for the sentiment.
I stamped and colored Sofia and her bubbles using Copic Markers and mounted her on pop dots.

I hope you all liked my project for today and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Fishing Father's Day Card

Happy Thursday my crafty friends!!  I have a masculine themed card to share with you today as a part of this week's theme challenge with Stamp Anniething.  Each month there is a new challenge with a "theme" and June's theme is "masculine card or project".  One week a month the Stamp Anniething Design Team creates a few projects to go along with the challenge theme.

I figured I would double up and use this as a Father's Day card!!
Here is what I came up with -

I started off by stamping and coloirng my image from "Stephen - You Are Reely Awesome".  I then masked it off and did some ink blending and for my water I used the "Wave Edge Stencil".  I cut out that layer with the rectangle from "Shaker Basics Set 1".  I also added another layer of solid cardstock cut with the "Shaker Basics Set #1" and added the letters D A D using some stamps and dies from the "It's a Little Strange" Grab and Go Box.

Here's how to play along with the Monthly Challenge -

-Share your creation at Our Facebook Group HERE by July 3, 2020.

Make A Splash

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a card to share.
I used the Jawsome digital stamp to create my card.

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and added different sized mats to the background.
I printed and colored the Jawsome image using Copic marker and added him on pop dots.
I cut a strip of white for the sentiment and used a black pen to draw in the stitching lines.
To finish, I stamped the sentiment from the Audrina-Make A Splash stamp and added some twine.

I hope you all liked my card for today and thanks for visiting!
