I first inked up the background with a couple Distress Inks and some glitzy splatter. I stamped a fun sentiment in black and added even more sparkle. Then finally I added the star of the show- Julie- Presents and Cupcakes. To finish everything off and keep with the sparkle and shine theme, I added clear wink of stella to the giant gift.
