I used Stamp AnnieThing! Vanessa Cheese for the girl and from Jaded Blossom I used

Star Dies with the Halloween Scenic Dies for all the stars, the Stitched Oval Dies for the oval layer and the Rectangle Dies 1 for the bottom layer.
