Believe- Fairy Card

Hi everyone! This is Tina from The Scrappin Rabbit blog and today I have a card to share using the adorable Kelsey-Believe stamp set.

I inked the sky background using the Land of Oz Dies as a stencil. I also used the Under The Sea dies for the grasses. Here is a process video for a closer look at how I Copic colored her and put this card together:

Here is a pic to try and show how sparkly her wings and flower garland are.
