Birthday Greetings from Melanie

Hello Everyone!  Mel from Doxie Mel Designs with a new card for you today. I needed to make a few birthday cards and thought the adorable Melanie stamp from Stamp AnnieThing would be perfect for the occasion.  She is colored with Copic and Spectrum Noir  markers and I added a sentiment from Jaded Blossom's "So Many Birthdays" set. Her dress skirt was paper pieced.
