Hello Starburst

Hello Everyone! Melissa from Doxie Mel Designs with a new card idea for you. I colored up the adorable Lily Peace, Love and Happiness image with Copic markers. I thought she would look great with one of the newest dies, Starburst Shaker Topper Die. I paper pieced rainbow colored paper behind the starburst. The "hello"die is also from Stamp Anniething.
