Pencil Power!

Hello Stamp AnnieThing fans, Michelle Houghton here from Scrapweaver.com I have another back to school cared to share today. I love the August release and needed to create one more card featuring these great stamps. Besides I didn't break out any of the pre-printed die cuts at the start of the month and they are so fun and easy to color I wanted pull some out!

I used the Madison-Be All Kinds of Happy stamp and the Back to School Decorative Die Cuts and colored them all up with LOTS of Copic markers:

Here is a close up of the adorable Madison and her back pack from the die cut set. I cut a slit along the edge of the backpack so it would look like she is carrying her bag:

And here are a couple views of the completed card!

As usual I keep it really simple a few layers of fun patterned paper with my colored elements and done!

Beach Bound

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and it's time for a new challenge!

This month the challenge is "Beach Bound" and here is the card I made using the NEW Madison!

This was a really fun card to make. I got creative with some of the Stamp AnnieThing Stencils and Metal Dies.

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and added the background mat cut with the Jaded Blossom Card Mat Dies.

I stamped Madison into the center and colored her with Copic Markers.

I used the Waves Metal Dies and my Copic Liner Pen to trace the die for the waves.

I made the sun by stenciling in the rays from the Sashiko Stencil and the circle from the Bubble Circle Stencil, using the Copic Liner to outline the sun and rays.

 I cut the clouds from the Land Of Oz Dies, outlined them the same way.

To finish, I added washi tape strips to the sides of the card and stamped the sentiment from the Aloha stamp set.
