Enjoy Autumn

Hi there, Nicole here today with a fun card to share with you!  I have always wanted to create this style of card and I felt like this stamp image - "Julie enjoy the ride" - worked perfectly for this type of layout.

The card base is created from a couple of different files from the Silhouette Online Store - #211031 and #181831.  My card fits perfectly with the current theme challenge - "Autumn".

I colored the image in with my copic markers -
Hair - E21, 23, 25, 27
Skin - E04, 11, 00, 000 and R20
Dress - Y15, 17 and YR23
Bike - BG13, 18
Basket - E33, 35
Flowers - BV08, Y17, YG25, RV25, YR07

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Purr It's Almost Halloween

Hello everyone, it’s Ellen here with a blog post for you. With seeing so much scary projects on social media I had to make something for Halloween. On this post I would like to show you how you can turn a stamp set in a different theme.

For this card I used the cute "Brittney - Purr" stamp set. She is snuggling with a cat and at first sight it doesn’t looks like something for Halloween. Yet the cat fits perfect for that holliday. I colored the stamp with copic markers and tried to stick within the theme when I did choose my colors.  Adding dark blue and black as colors with distress ink for my background, immediately change the theme of the card too. The pumpkins (unfortunately not a SAT stamp) made it even more obvious.

Halloween is really something I love creating for, for sure if it’s a cute spooky. Did you found already a SAT stamp you can use for Halloween? Pleas let us know!

Killer Birthday

Hey, everyone! Kevin here sharing a super nontraditional birthday card. It features some crude Halloween humor so I hope you like it. Check it out!

I used Tony-Kick Out of You as my focal image. I love coloring his wild hair! Some patterned paper created wallpaper and flooring for my scene. Ranger's Enamel Accents work perfectly as blood. As wood Nuvo drops or Pico Embellisher. A sentiment made from embossed labels tied it all together.

I hope this card gets you all into the Halloween spirit! Have a great day!

Cheese

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a card to share.
I used the Vanessa-Cheese stamp set for my card.

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and added the background mat cut with the Jaded Blossom Card Mat Dies.

I added decorative mats to the background cut with the Goody Bag Die.
I stamped and half paper pieced/half colored Vanessa with Copic Markers.
To finish, I added some flags to the side cut with the Flag Dies 2 and stamped the sentiment.

I hope you all liked my card for today and thanks for visiting!

Sweater Weather

Hi Friends! Stephen here to share a card I created using Diana - Sweater Weather
I decided to take inspiration from this months Autumn Leaves Challenge happening over in the Stamp AnnieThing's Stampers Facebook group.

I coloured Diana with my Copic markers as well as did some simple paper piecing using paper with a knit weave patten to it. This was a first for me and I am sure to try paper piecing again.
To create the background, I did some very quick and simple ink blending with Distress Inks. To add more detail, I did some flicking with a green Copic marker to create the look of grass.
To finish my scene, I die cut some clouds and some leaves that I coloured to give an Autumn feel to the card.
I hope you like my card and hope you play along with this month's Theme challenge.

Until next time - Stephen

Bring on the Leaves!

Happy Saturday everyone!!
Laura here to share a little inspiration for our Autumn Leaves Challenge over in the Stamp Anniething's Stampers Facebook Group.

We don't get much of a fall here in Southern California, but it is still my favorite season, and I am REALLY looking forward to some cooler weather!
I colored up Megan for my card today... I think she looks ready for fall, too, in her cute sweater and boots!

I sponged a little background on the panel behind her, and the fun leafy paper is from the Doodlebug Flea Market 6x6 Pad.

I hope you are inspired to play along!!

Believe

Hi there, Nicole here from "teachdanz" and I am sharing my project for the theme week.

Since the theme is Autumn I picked some fall inspired background papers and stuck to more warmer tones on my stamped image.

When my girls were little they loved to build "fairy houses" especially in the fall months because there were so many leaves on the ground that they could use.  This memory is what inspired my card for today using "Kelsey - Believe".

I hope your fall is off to a good start and that I have inspired you to create a fall project to link up for the Autumn challenge.

Especially For You

Hallo and welcome to our blog. It's Ellen here and are you ready to craft? Because I’m with the new Stamp Anniething blog challenge. As you know it’s all about Autumn and leaves.

Of course you can choose if you go for leaves OR for a fall color combination; I choose to be inspired by both. The leave theme immediately let me think of  Molly with her beautiful sunflower. Than with the autumn flower I only had the need to make the colors to fit perfect for fall. The sentiment from our new "Holly Especially for You" stamp set fit’s perfect since it can be used for thanksgiving.

I hope you liked my card and you got inspired do make something with Autumn in your mind. I cannot wait to see your projects!
