What's Kraken??

Hello my crafty friends!! Nicole here today to share a project with you -

I had so much fun creating the background for my card using the Stamp Anniething Yupo Paper and alcohol inks.  After it dried I used some holographic foil and ran it through my laminator.  The image and the sentiment along with the underwater dies are all from the "Under the Sea Bundle Theme Set".  I am a big fan of the Stamp Anniething Double Sided Tear Away Tape for attaching all of my card layers together!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Hello Sunshine!

Hello Stamp AnnieThing friends! Michelle Houghton here to share a little SAT inspiration today! Don't forget to play along with this month's theme challenge when you have a chance! Add a little "Gold" to your crafty creation!

I decided to play with, Victoria - Here's the Dirt, I just love her perky, spunky hair and attitude!

As you can see I covered her in freckles! If you have ever seen me, especially this time of year you would understand why! Tip on freckles if you color them and you think they are way to dark or stand out too much use the skin tone you used in that are and go over then lightly ONE time. Do not scrub them or they will just spread and look blotchy, but one tase with the skin tone can help soften them!

And here is the card she is skipping across, both the word dies and the enamel dots are Stamp AnnieThing as well!

Thanks for popping in today!

Have a Happy Colorful Day!

Cheer Up

Hi everyone! It's MEG here today with a simple gift tag to share with you.

Making gift taggies is what first got me into card making. I love how you can make a tag either simple or complex, and people l-o-v-e a cute tag on a gift. The gift doesn't even have to be a big deal, it's the tag that counts!

The Shaker Basics dies are perfect for creating gift tags. They are a great size, and come in a variety of shapes. You can ramp up the complexity too by creating a shaker, but it's not necessary in order to use these dies.

If you aren't feeling well and need some cheering up, Holly-Cheer Up is a perfect choice. I used the Quilted Card Mat die too on the background to add some texture!

See you next time!

You are "Oz" some!

Hi everyone! This is Tina from The Scrappin Rabbit blog and I have a card to share featuring stamps from the Land of Oz Bundle Theme Set

This bundle is one of my faves! I stamped and embossed the Dorothy image and colored her up using Copics. The patterned papers are from Doodlebug Design and I cut out 2 strips and glued them to my A2 card base. I cut out the circle using the Shaker Basics Set 1 dies and stenciled the yellow brick wall with the Brick stencil from the Wizards Box Grab and Go and distress inks. I drew the grass using my Copics and added some floral embellishments from my stash.

I stamped and embossed the sentiment and doodled some checkered lines over her dress with my white gel pen. It's hard to see in the pic but I added some sparkle to her shoes.

Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a great day :)

Here are the supplies I used:
Brick Stencil from the Wizards Box Grab and Go

Have A Lovely Day

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a card to share.
I used several items from the Magical Celebrations Grab And Go Box to create my card.

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and added the background mat that I cut using the Shaker Basics 1 Die set.
I added the outer frame on pop dots and the bench inside that was cut from the Magical Bench Die.
I stamped and half paper pieced/half colored Annie with Copic Markers and pop dotted her to the bench.
To finish, I added the grass cut from the Grass Dies and stamped the sentiment from the Lemonade Stand 4 stamp set.

I hope you all liked my card for today and thanks for visiting!

Have a great day!

Autumn Tag

Hi Friends!
I know we are still in August but my mind is starting to turn to thoughts of Autumn...so I decided to create a cute fall themed tag today.

I coloured Kelsey - Believe with Copic markers and cut her out. I then applied some foam tape to the back and placed her on Kraft coloured cardstock that I diecut out using the tag shape from Shaker Basics Set 2. To create my background, I used the Leaf stencil with Anns Hybrid Ink line. Lastly I heat embossed the sentiment and added some gold thread for an added touch.

Supplies Used:
Stamp: Kelsey - Believe
Stencil: Leaf Stencil

I hope you like my creation for today!
Until next time - Stephen

Marvelous!

Hello Stamp AnnieThing friends and fans! Michelle Houghton here for your mid-week SAT inspiration. I am playing along with this month's theme challenge and adding some "Gold" into my card and more specifically my images this time.

I decided to play with an image from a couple months back, Liberty - You Rev My Engine, She looks an awful lot like a super hero to me sooo...

I made some small modifications to her uniform and after I colored her with my Copics added gold foil onto both her uniform and in her hair as well.

I have been holding all the gorgeous metallic yardsticks that have been coming ion the Grab and Go boxes and decide to break out a sheet of that as well!

Ann has an amazing new set of banner dies and I used the to create this hero worthy back drop, The bottom patterned paper is just a photo of glitter if it was all that shiny it might overwhelm he he!

Thanks as always for stopping by!

Have a Happy Colorful Day!
