 This is Cindy from Cindy's Scraptastic Designs, It's my day to post over at 

 Stamp Anniething!!! for today I made a card for a friend of mine.
I used Stamp AnnieThing! the Liberty - Sweetie Pie for the girl and sentiment, the  

Starburst Shaker Topper Die for the layer, the Word Bubble Cloud Die for the bubble and the enamel dots for the dots.
