Midnight Ride

Hello! Melissa here from Doxie Mel Designs.   I have a new card to share featuring one of the witches on the Best Witches Stamp set. I colored her with Copic Markers. I made a mask for the stamp and inked the edges of the circle with soot colored distress ink.

You Are Amazing

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a fun card to share.
I used the James-Happy Birthday To You stamp set for this project.

I started this card with a 5 X 5 card base and embossed the background with the Seeing Spots Cuttlebug folder.
I added the mats cut with the Scallop Square and Stitched Square Dies.
I stamped James onto the side of the white mat and colored him with Copic markers.
To finish, I added a ribbon with a button and stamped the sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Encouragement stamp set.

I hope you all liked my project for today and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Create Your Own Bookmark

Hi Everyone,

Katya here from Kattyxotica's Kreations, I hope you are doing great this Saturday morning. Today I wanted to share with you a fun and useful project. It was pretty simple to create- a durable bookmark! My kids that are in school read everyday so I decided I should start making fun bookmarks for them. I chose Abigail: A+ in My Book because I thought she was perfect to create this project.

Abigail reminds me of my daughter Jade with her pigtails and looks so tiny
in the mound of books that surround her especially when she's looking for books
to write her book reports.

for more cute little stamps such as this one you can find them here: http://stampanniething.com

I hope you liked the bookmark I made for my daughter. I will definitely make more. :D :D :D

I hope you try it our yourself.

Thank you for stopping by.

Always here for you!

Hello everyone!  This is Cassandra from Creating with Color by Cassandra.  I received an email from a lady recently, asking if I would demonstrate a way to use stamps when you are not that good at coloring yet.  So I decided to do a black and white image with a little color pop, as well as some paper piecing.

Here is the finished product!  The black cardstock is from Papertrey Ink. And the fun patterned papers are from the Carta Bella ~ Paris Girl collection.

To start, I stamped the Stamp Anniething ~ Diana : Let's Do Lunch.  I stamped her twice onto the white paper and then another time onto the pink patterned paper.  Next, I cut out the pink hair bow.  Then, I cut out the top layer of hair.  And finally, I cut out the top half of Diana to use as my base.  Technically you don't really need both of the white layers, but I like the look up close in person...it gives it much more dimension.

I started by adding some tiny pink epoxy dots to the Diana base for some cute earrings.  Next, adhere the top layer of hair onto the Diana base.  Then adhere the pink bow to the top layer of hair.  Finally, take your sassy little Diana and create your finished product.

I cut the background piece using the Jaded Blossom ~ Card Mat Dies.  All of the squares are cut with the Jaded Blossom ~ Stitched Square Dies. The ribbon is cut using the Jaded Blossom ~ Awareness Ribbon. And the sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom ~ Fight For A Cure.

Well my creative friends, I hope you enjoyed my little tutorial for today.  I think it's a fun way to use the images without coloring.  And for this particular project, I think it really allows the eye to focus on the pink - which for this month is absolutely PERFECT!!!  Have a great day everyone!  I will see you all again soon.

Happy Birthday

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I have a fun card to share.
I used the Annie-You're Sweet stamp set on this card.

I started this card with a standard A2 card base and added the background mats.
I added the circle mat cut with the Stitched Circle Die and cut off the side.
I also added a chevron bottom with pieces I cut using the Jaded Blossom Border Dies.
I stamped and colored Annie with Copic markers. I cut her out by hand and pop dotted her to the circle.
To finish, I stamped the sentiment on the side with the Supersized Birthday Greetings stamp set.

I hope you all liked my card for today and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Super Girl!

Hello! Melissa here from Doxie Mel Designs with a new card.  I just loved the Starburst Card Shape that Annie used during our last release.  Liberty looks so darn cute on this card base. :)  The star die is from Jaded Blossom and the star fits Liberty's sentiment perfectly. She is colored with Copic Markers.
